Much press attention has been given to Alito’s role in authoring the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision eliminating the right to abortion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Little attention, however, has been given to the role Alito played as a major conspirator in the January 6 coup plot itself.
